The Blue Passport

T-minus 46 minutes until I board the plane for my next big adventure.

I was lucky enough to get a long five-week winter break in which I spent working away and spending lots of time with my lovely parents. I was able to go out to sushi enough times to hold me for the next couple months and last night my dad made me his famous (and my favorite) BBQ’d salmon for my farewell meal. Who knows the next time I’ll be able to have some fresh fish. My grandpa Ralph suggested I “just get some fish and chips before they throw them in the fryer” haha.

Somehow I managed to pack up everything into one medium sized 44lb bag (you betcha a couple of those pounds are a big jar of lip-smacking crunchy European-rare peanut butter). My method for packing was the less I pack here, the more I will allow myself to shop there. Almost left with just my passport.

Little tour of my blog:

On the main page, to the right under the about me is a map with my location (as you can see I’m currently at LAX). I’ll update this as I go on different trips and excursions with my general location. Under that, is my “follow me section” with links that can connect you with other forms of my social media.

Below my posts is a comment section (which is available to everyone so no funny business… Grandad)

There is also a “Contact” Button at the top of the page where you can send me a personal email.

If you don’t want to have to keep checking my blog to see if I posted, there’s a box at the very bottom that asks you to enter your email so you can receive a notification every time something new is posted.

And I'm off!

First stop? The "brilliant" United Kingdom visit my sister Andrea.

See you in 143 days America!
